At HealthyWay, we take the safety and integrity of our products very seriously. As we deal with healthcare and medicinal products, we maintain strict quality control and hygiene standards.
Shipping Policy
- All orders will be shipped within 2 working days.
- We use all standard shipping like Ekart, Delhivery etc most suited to the location of shipping.
- The order is expected to reach within 3-7 working days.
No Returns Accepted
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered, unless the item received is damaged or defective upon arrival.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your package arrives damaged or contains defective items, please follow these steps:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [support@myhealthyway.app].
- Provide:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the damaged item(s)
- A description of the issue
Once verified, we will offer a replacement or refund, depending on product availability and your preference.
Broken or damaged medicine will be replaced with fresh despatch of the broken bottle within 2 working days at no additional cost to customers.
Refunds (if applicable)
Refunds will be issued only:
- If the item is damaged in transit
- If the item is defective
- If we are unable to deliver your order
Full refund will be given if a wrong kit is delivered. It should be in original condition with labels intact. Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval. All refunds will be to bank accounts only.
Important Notes
We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, ordering the wrong product, or opened packaging.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the claim does not meet our policy criteria.
